Stay on Top of Conversations with Tags and Filters

When you manage dozens or even hundreds of customer chats, finding the right conversation at the right time is essential.


Now with Conversation Tags, you can label chats by topics like sales questions, support issues, order problems, follow-ups, or anything else your team needs.


Advanced Filters also let you:


  • View conversations by specific tags

  • See only unread incoming messages

  • Quickly focus on chats needing immediate attention


Instead of sifting through long inboxes, your team can prioritize what’s most important and respond more quickly. This ensures that key messages don’t get overlooked.


Setting Up AI Assistants Is Now Clear and Structured


AI should feel helpful and easy to set up.


That’s why we’ve made it simpler to create and configure AI assistants in Mercuri. You can now set them up step by step from the dashboard, giving you full control.


Here’s how it works:


  1. Start by deciding what you want the assistant to do, like order tracking, product questions, or general customer support.

  2. Train it using your website content by:

    - Choosing pages from your sitemap

    - Adding specific URLs manually

  3. Define how the assistant should behave, including its tone, tasks, and when it should transfer to a human agent.


Before going live, you can test the assistant on WhatsApp or SMS with test numbers. This way, there are no surprises when customers start chatting.


Automate WhatsApp and SMS Messages Using Shopify Flow


Many teams already use Shopify Flow to automate their internal workflows. Now, Mercuri fits smoothly into that system.


Mercuri is available as an action in Shopify Flow, allowing you to automatically send WhatsApp or SMS messages based on Shopify events without creating custom code.


What you can do:


  • Create a workflow in Shopify Flow, like abandoned checkout

  • Add Mercuri AI Copilot as an action

  • Trigger a WhatsApp or SMS message using a Mercuri template

  • Control when the message is sent with Flow’s timing rules


This method works especially well for:


  • Abandoned checkout reminders

  • Order confirmations and updates

  • Delivery notifications

  • Post-purchase follow-ups
